Pulmonext 10mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.

Dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients while on Pulmonext 10mg Tablet. If you are affected in this way, your ability to drive may be impaired.
Pulmonext 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pulmonext 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on use of Pulmonext 10mg Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.

Pulmonext 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pulmonext 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Uses of Pulmonext Tablet
Pulmonext 10mg Tablet is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
How to use Pulmonext Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pulmonext 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Pulmonext Tablet works
Pulmonext 10mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.
